Pull the file.
Read the verdict.

Verdikt surfaces a case out of the archive dark, audits it against the accession ledger, and stamps a disposition before it goes back in the drawer.

01 · Dispositions

Three ways a record leaves the desk

Every case ends in one of three dispositions — approved, withheld, or traced. Importance is carried by the classified header and the phosphor verdict, never by a coloured edge.

Approved · AAK-4471-D

Cleared the ledger

The case matched its priors and passed audit. The phosphor prompt went live and the handler stamped it.

Verdict · Approve
Withheld · BAK-4471-E

Held by order

Three lines were blacked out before the file reached the desk. The void is the disposition — the reader is told only that more exists.

Audit exception
Traced · CAK-4470-Q

Cross-referenced

A border-crossing trace resolved against the ledger and was copied to fanfold for the day desk before filing.

Traced · returned
02 · The terminal

Paper and prompt, one system

The drawer and the command line are the same surface. A file is pulled, read aloud by the machine, and answered with a single verdict.

Sektion VII · case AK-4471-D · 02:14

Open. Audit. Stamp.

The handler never leaves the terminal. The record is summoned, the priors are read, and the verdict is the only thing the human writes.

03 · Accessions

The accession ledger

Every record locked to receipt columns and read like a line-printer page — separated by hairline rule, never by box.

A record is not stored. It is judged — pulled, audited, stamped, and returned to the dark.

Open a desk.

We'll register your first accession to the ledger and bring the terminal live — audited, stamped, and ready to file.
