Set the page
in light.

Lichtsatz brings the discipline of the Swiss galley to a dark screen: headlines rest on a luminous baseline beam, values read as exposure stops, and the deep field stays pure black so the type does the shining.

Three things carry the page.

A — Beam

The baseline beam

Each section title rests on a single luminous hairline. A travelling exposure tick marks the focal point. The beam is the grid made visible by light.

B — Screen

Halftone luminance

Tone is built from a dot raster, never a wash. Density carries weight; the void stays pure black so every value reads as exposed light.

C — Stops

Values as exposure

Numbers are typeset like a densitometer reading — f-stops, lp inch, EV. Precision is the ornament; there is no other decoration.

Compose galleys, lock baselines, expose plates. Lichtsatz is a complete language — tokens, embodiment, landing and dashboard — built on one idea: type set in projected light.
