Three stocks, one ink.
Each material is a sample sheet you can hold: warm uncoated cover, a copper foil reserved for seals, and a register-blue liner. The ink stays single; the dither carries the tone.
Copper Foil Proof
A second ink reserved for verification seals and corner ticks. Used like a highlighter, never a wash.
Register Blue Liner
The interior liner tint at 90 GSM. Made to order; dither tone only, the field stays calm.
02 / The proofing run
From dieline to seal.
RUN 01
Cut the dieline
The carton is laid out on a 4px bitmap grid; stepped corners register the fold.
RUN 02
Ink the plate
One forest ink. Tone is dithered, never gradient — aliased and deliberate.
RUN 03
Pull a proof
Registration crosshairs align the sheet; the proof reads like premium stock.
RUN 04
Stamp the seal
A copper pixel seal verifies the batch and sends it to the press.
Calm paper makes a small pixel feel valuable.
Generous margins, hairline rules, and one quiet ink. Kerf Works is built so a four-pixel mark reads as a stamp of confidence, not decoration.
