The whole surface carries repeating horizontal scanlines, a faint phosphor grid, and radial vignette falloff so the viewport feels like an active monitor — and one stroke of bright lime per view marks the live element.
Decorative text earns its place by behaving like machine output: prompts, checksums, latency, PIDs. Motion is a beam settling — a cursor blink, a one-step reveal — never floating parallax. The whole page renders fully without a line of JavaScript.
