A lane is a column of paper slips, pressed edge to edge. Each lane wears one ink down its spine, so you read status by colour before you read a word. Drag a slip and it lifts off the stack; drop it and it settles into the next lane.

Status is a colour before it's a label. Three marker inks carry the whole board — nothing floods, nothing shouts.

Every card is a real paper slip — deckled top and bottom, a soft drop-shadow, a pin only where it earns one.
