Supply B failed at 01:12. Supply A carries 61 percent of its rating until the part arrives at 10:00.
Last night in rack hall 3
Mio Arakawa took the pager from Kenji Ueda at 22:00, fourteen floors above Tatsumi, with three items carried over, none urgent. The hall was quiet until 01:12, when rack C-07 lost a power supply.
One page followed, from Harukaze Radio at 02:40. Arakawa answered in 48 seconds and had the stream clear by 02:51. Core switch 2 took its firmware inside the window, and the copy to Osaka verified at 04:06.
At 05:33 the sun came up over the bay and the watch went to Daichi Mori with one item still open.
Each pane is one system. Its three lights are that system's last three checks, oldest first: green passed, magenta failed.
The watch ends at sunrise, not at six
Yoake works out sunrise for the hall every night and holds the pager until then. This week that meant a minute more watch on most nights.

Hand the night to Yoake
Tell it the hall and where it stands. Pages go to whoever holds the watch and every answer is timed. At civil dawn it opens the hand-over, so the morning watch gets 25 minutes' notice, and at sunrise it moves the pager.
Free for one rack hall, then ¥4,800 a month for each hall after.
