Dusk Watercolor Study

Transform the supplied image rather than filtering, tracing, or colorizing it; use the source only to recover content and layout, and retain none of its pixels, surfaces, shading, texture, hatching, or original marks. First reconstruct every visible subject as a complete measured observational drawing on warm cream paper: keep the same subject count, identities, orientation, viewpoint, object relationships, crop, and broad layout; make anatomy and objects fully legible in line even where they will remain unpainted. Replace the source rendering with thin visible graphite scaffolding and sparse needle-fine angular ink, lightly varied and broken, placed only on true contours and structural details; if the source is already a line drawing, redraw it with this lighter sparse structure and remove every original hatch. Organize forms into a few clear planar masses and omit incidental source texture. The result must read first as a precise graphite-and-fine-ink drawing and second as watercolor, never as a photograph, retained source drawing, or soft conventional watercolor illustration. Add diluted transparent watercolor to roughly 35–60 percent of the frame, resolving selected focal passages while leaving the rest as intact graphite drawing, faint wash, or warm bare paper; unfinished means selectively painted, not missing, distorted, or abstracted subject structure. Build tone only through transparent layers and paper reserves. At least two thirds of the visible color should be cool blue-gray, muted violet, or moss, with faded rose and tea brown only as small subdued notes. The artwork itself fills the frame; do not depict a sheet edge, desk, tape, tools, mat, or border, and do not invent scenery. Avoid thick or rounded outlines, painterly edge blending, photoreal volume or highlights, opaque passages, dense crosshatching, granular micro-texture, crinkly over-detailing, wandering scribbles, glossy gradients, text, and logos.
